A highly regarded joinery company based in Fairfield that have been established for 7 years and continues to grow. The major of their clients are a large mid-tier builders working across high rise residential and commercial projects up to $5m. They have a large 2300 m2 state of the art joinery factory to deliver on time and on budget.
About the Role
As the previous Design Manager is retiring, a need for a replacement has arose. To be successful for this role, you will need:

About the Role
As the previous Design Manager is retiring, a need for a replacement has arose. To be successful for this role, you will need:
- A minimum 5 years experience in detailed joinery needed
- Experience with Cabinet Vision
- Proficient ability in using CAD for drawings
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to meet with clients
- To control the team of internal and external designers and delegate work
