A leading provider of outsourced building and facilities management services in NSW are looking for a business development manager to lead the continues growth within the Sydney metro area. 
 
Responsibilities Include

• Visiting clients and presenting/promoting the Facilities Management service we provide in both Commercial and Residential Strata
• Liaising with and presenting to Owners, Executive Committee members and Strata
• Identify business opportunities
• Build long-term relationships with prospects
• Following up new business opportunities
• Planning and preparing presentations
• Communicating new service developments to prospective clients
• Writing reports
• Providing management with feedback
• Attending scheduled Committee meetings

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of Business Development Management and demonstrate the following:

• Sound knowledge of Strata Schemes, Statutory Legislation and WHS
• Experience in both the commercial and residential sector
• Sales, Communication or project management qualification
• Good Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills
