- Visiting clients and presenting/promoting the Facilities Management service we provide in both Commercial and Residential Strata
- Liaising with and presenting to Owners, Executive Committee members and Strata
- Identify business opportunities
- Build long-term relationships with prospects
- Following up new business opportunities
- Planning and preparing presentations
- Communicating new service developments to prospective clients
- Writing reports
- Providing management with feedback
- Attending scheduled Committee meetings
- Sound knowledge of Strata Schemes, Statutory Legislation and WHS
- Experience in both the commercial and residential sector
- Sales, Communication or project management qualification
- Good Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills
The role is a largely autonomous position, and whilst there is support and structure, as well as an existing client base, you will be given the freedom to deliver how you deem necessary.
