CGC are recruiting for a Business Administrator on behalf of a well established
Global Engineering Consultancy whose designers and engineers are behind some of the world’s most ambitious structures.

Your key responsibilities:
- Diary, travel, and email management
- Booking and coordinating meetings
- Responding to and directing email and telephone inquiries
- Meeting & greeting guests
- Market research and conducting reports
- Administering/formatting tender documentation
- Managing and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
- Posting adverts of current vacancies and screening applicants
- Managing and directing IT queries
- Liaising with clients and colleagues effectively
- General office administration, including ordering office supplies
- Preparing invoices
- Minimum of 5 years personal, team or admin assistant experience
- Intermediate-Advanced level of skill using MS Word & Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience within construction, engineering or design (not essential but will be looked upon favourably)
