Job description

Our client are a major Tier 1 contractor who specialise in the delivery of Rail, Building and Civil Construction projects across NSW and interstate throughout Australia. This organisation is currently at the forefront of the current infrastructure boom in NSW and due to the amount of projects currently in delivery and solid pipeline of future works, internal troops are stretched in regards to construction resources. As of such they are currently looking for specialist contract staff to assist in the delivery of projects on time and to budget.

They have identified an urgent requirement for a Building supervisor to join the project on a contract basis during a critical stage of construction.

As Supervisor your main responsibilities will be overseeing day to day activities on site and coordinate & manage sub-contractors to achieve project milestones. Working along side the Project Manager and Contracts Administrator to ensure that site safety, quality and programme are adhered to. You additionally will be expected to review design documentation proving input into constructibility reviews.

We are activity looking to speak to people who are from a trades background who have a strong level of experience in the construction & delivery of Building or Infrastructure projects in NSW. The position will be an initial 6 month contract with a view to extend or progress into a permanent position.
