Job description
A Building Supervisor is required for the Sunshine coast and North Brisbane region - working on a permanent basis, and due to an increase in workload.
the builder are both established and historic, offering a quality build, expertise and high end processes to deliver in abundance across SE QLD
You will supervise and run in the region of 15-20 builds during peak times and you will be confident in your ability and experience.
Working as part of a team is equally as important, and utilisation of all tools and services available in house - ultimately ensuring the best experience for clients

Ideal candidate:
- Able to monitor and run sub contracted trades teams effectively
- An experienced building supervisor
- Previous work in QLD and familiar with build processes and time frames
- Familiarity with QBCC codes and legislation
- A professional and passionate builder
- Trades background and qualified
- High regard to safety and security
