The Client

Our client have been well established in the NSW construction market for over 20+ years and have a number of long standing relationships with high profile clients who they consistently have repeat business from. As a privately owned business, they are in a position where they can make decisions quickly and avoid having to deal with the red tape that tier 1's have. They have specialised in the NSW market and not looked to expand interstate as they pride themselves on being a leader and specialist within the local market. 

The business has made profit every year (unlike a number of other builders in the industry!) and has a strong staff retention rate which is due to their work life balance, environment, culture and diversity of projects, typically targeting complex projects in and around Sydney metro area ranging from $5m-$100m+. 80% of projects are private, 20% are government across the healthcare, education, hospitality, commercial and data centre project sectors. 

The Role

As a Building Services Manager, you will work closely with the Senior Services Manager and Head of Engineering, working on tenders, building relationships with key clients, solving complex services engineering problems and establishing / utilising your existing networks with sub contractors.
