CGC Recruitment are working in collaboration with a leading national builder who have an opportunity for an experienced Building Services Engineer to be based out on site in Dubbo, to play a key role in the delivery of a major healthcare project. 

The position is an ongoing contract, that will pay a competitive day rate that will include an accommodation allowance and enable you the opportunity to work on a major hospital project. 

As a Building Services Engineer, your key responsibilities will include - 

• Liaising with design management
• Attending design meetings
• Coordinating with other services - mechanical, electrical, fire, security, BMS etc. 
• BIM Coordination

To be successful for the position you will have either a trade or engineering background from either mechanical or electrical services and have proven experience working within a builder in either a services engineer or coordinator capacity.
