A leading provider of outsourced facilities management services within the residential sector, is seeking a BMC manager to take ownership of a BMC as part of a mixed use residential, retail and commercial development in Sydney's northern beaches. 

This role is the crucial interface between the respective residential strata schemes, the retail shopping centre, as well as the public spaces. You are responsible for ensuring residents, retail teams, and developers are all on the same page, as well as ensuring that all shared essential services are compliant, safe and operating to their maximum efficiency. 

Crucial to success in this role is an understanding of BMC's as well as a technical appreciation of complex heat regeneration plant (or exposure to cogen or trigen). You will also be a very strong communicator and able to build relationships at all levels and with multiple stakeholders.
