You will work proactively to oversee and manage the building operations, on a day to day you will maintain resident relationships, conduct inspections, obtain quotes and arrange repairs of building services and identify non-compliance or risk issues for the assets.  Paramount to your role is reviewing and administering operational procedures to ensure exceptional quality of service delivery. 

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have previous experience working within the facilities management sector.
