Job description
Reaching their 15th anniversary this interior fit out and refurbishment contractor have established themselves as a builder of choice for many clients and sub-contractors alike. This has seen them grow organically as per their five year plan and are now pursuing projects up to $20m
Working in the commercial, retail and hospitality sectors they are able to deliver projects ranging from $100k to $20m and have done so successfully through developed systems, clear and concise management and smart design solutions.
We are searching for the next superstar, someone who can work in a collaborative manner and has a can-do attitude. you will be a good problem solver, have good communication skills and have a positive mindset.
Project based on Alexandria you will support an experience CA who will give you firsthand training and development in a friendly and welcoming setting. You'll be exposed to, all part of the Contract Administration role including procurement, developing scopes, variations and payments etc.
The initial project is a high end fit out for a tier one property manager who have fitting out their HQ . Project value circa $11m.

Must have / studying construction management degree.
