This privately-owned consultancy specialises in delivering client-side project management solutions to their growing client base, across the private and public sector.

About the Role

As an Assistant Design Manager, reporting directly to the design development co-coordinator you will assist in the delivery of a multi-million dollar public sector project.  In this role you will be responsible for specific components.  With a focus on checking design submission and technical notes. 

Skills and Experience
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in construction or a related field.
  • The ability to offer expertise, so that contractor and client obligations are achieved.
  • Excellent key stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • Previous experience monitoring design quality, ensuring all unresolved issues are deal within a realistic timeline.
  • Strong understanding of construction documentation
  • Task oriented, forward thinking with a proactive approach to learning.
