Job description

Our client, a fast growing and dynamic construction and building services company, have a requirement for an experienced Administrator to join them in an exciting and varied role.
  
Key responsibilities will consist of;
  
  • Reception cover
  • Data entry
  • Marketing/event organisation
  • Liaising with clients and customers
  • Booking meetings and site visits
  • Assisting other admin staff where needed

This full-time permanent role would have you working with a fun team in a great environment in Morningside where your day could consist of many different administration tasks which you would take on and make your own. 

We do ask that you only apply if you have 2+ years experience in an Administration role and preferably have worked within the construction/building industry. Other requirements include knowledge and experience using Google Drive, Microsoft Word, Excel and Office with great attention to detail.
