Job description

An exciting opportunity for experienced Administrators/Coordinators to join a Global contractor specialising in Infrastructure Projects within the Construction Industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading organisation and to further develop your skills!

Your roles and responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
  • Provide administrative support to the Submissions Team 
  • Management of Documentation
  • Formatting Documentation
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Diary management
  • Managing meeting rooms
  • Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post
  • Reporting when required
  • Ad hoc duties
To be successful you must possess the following: 
  • Minimum 5 years experience as an Administrator
  • Experience in coordinating submissions (preferred - not essential) 
  • Experience in the construction industry is advantageous
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills
  • Intermediate-Advanced MS Word and Excel skills
  • Immaculate presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
