Job description

We are currently seeking a career driven Administration Assistant who is looking to build their career in Marketing. This is a Permanent opportunity based in near Green Square station and parking is available onsite.

Your roles and responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
  • Providing administrative support to the marketing director on a day to day basis 
  • Managing the Reception desk 
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Switchboard management
  • Diary management
  • Managing meeting room bookings
  • Query resolution
  • Database management
  • Ad-hoc duties 

To be successful you must possess the following:
  • Previous experience as a marketing coordinator/admin assistant 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate-Advanced MS Word and Excel skills
  • Immaculate presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
