The Company 

My client is a leading building services firm with a reputation for delivering excellent, timely and cost effective results to their growing list of clients.
  
They operate in multiple sectors including Defence, Residential, Retail, Medical and Healthcare with a focus in medium to large scale projects in the NSW market and interstate.   
  
Due to ongoing growth they currently have a rare opportunity for a Site inspector/ MEP Drafter to join the company on an ad hoc basis. 

The Role 

My client is looking for a Site inspector who is able to work on an ad hoc basis. You will be responsible to inspecting numerous sites across NSW, providing MEP mark ups and relaying the information back electronically to the engineers. 

You must have experience in drafting within building services. And have a Mechanical, Electrical and Fire Safety background to be considered for this role.

Ideally you should have;

  • 3 -5  years drafting experience within building services across mechanical, electrical, fire.
  • Previous site experience 
  • Be proficient in AutoCAD and the MS packages. 
  • Own a laptop

You will be given a couple of days notice before you are notified of your site inspection, but flexibility is key!  You must be able to travel and have your own laptop.
