I’m a Senior Recruitment Consultant at CGC Recruitment in Sydney, specialising in permanent recruitment across the NSW construction subcontractor market.
I recruit across a broad range of specialist trades and subcontractor businesses, including joinery, cabinetry, carpentry, roofing, flooring, windows and doors, façades, cladding, glazing, concreting and more. From Project Managers and Site Managers through to Estimators, Engineers, Supervisors, and skilled trade professionals, I focus on finding people who genuinely fit the business and the role.
Before moving to Australia, I spent over four and a half years recruiting freelance and contract professionals in Manchester, developing the ability to work quickly in a competitive market while maintaining strong relationships and delivering quality candidates.
I also have hands-on construction experience, having worked most recently on-site installing solar PV systems across the UK and Australia. That experience gives me a genuine understanding of construction environments and the people I recruit for.
