Adam is an Associate Director with CGC Recruitment in Perth, bringing more than 15 years of specialist recruitment experience across Australia and the UK. His career has focused predominantly on engineering, manufacturing, electrical and technical recruitment, working with businesses ranging from major organisations through to specialist contractors and SMEs.
Prior to joining CGC, Adam specialised in Electrical and E&I recruitment across the mining and resources sector in Western Australia. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership positions within the UK engineering and manufacturing recruitment market, including responsibility for business development, service delivery, team leadership and the strategic direction of specialist recruitment operations.
Adam has extensive experience recruiting across Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Projects, Quality, Supply Chain and Engineering disciplines, giving him a strong understanding of both the technical requirements of roles and the workforce challenges facing employers.
