The Client 

National, multi disciplined services group with nearly 40 years in the Australian market. Ambitious growth plans and new contracts mean they're looking for a new Service Coordinator to join the HVAC team.

The role will be based full time in their Western Sydney office.  

The Role

As Service Coordinator, you will be a vital link between Customers, the Service Manager and the Service Technicians. This is a fast-paced and multi-faceted role. You'll be fielding calls from customers, phoning suppliers, planning and scheduling the service teams and much more, every day. 

Key Responsibilities 
  • Field incoming calls from Customers
  • Contact suppliers to purchase parts and equipment
  • Coordinate service technicians; plan their weekly schedules etc.
  • Admin tasks; timesheets, reports etc. 
  • Liaise regularly with Service Manager
Requirements 
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication & customer service skills
  • Must be very well organised
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues and suppliers
  • Proactive approach to work 
  • Experience with Uptick is a bonus
