CGC Recruitment are in partnership with a leading main contractor who specialise in the construction of transport infrastructure and civil construction projects throughout Western Australia and the Perth metropolitan area. The business works with a variety of clients in areas such as transport, renewables, rail, mining & resources.
  
Due to several recent tender successes the business is now expanding their Commercial team and have several exciting opportunities for Contract Administrators and Senior Contract Administrators to work on a variety of projects. These opportunities range from corporate positions that are based at their Perth CBD offices to project-based Metro and FIFO opportunities.
  
Candidate Criteria:

• Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar is preferable.
• Previous Contracts Administration / Quantity Surveyor experience within the construction, civil engineering or resources industries.
• Proven experience in the preparation of contract agreements.
• Working knowledge of project management principles and project control applications.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and SharePoint.
• Working knowledge of risk management principles and application of process.
• FULL AUSTRALIAN WORKING RIGHTS.
