Role Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Associate Mechanical Engineer to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the mechanical engineering design on a variety of projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team of engineers and contribute to the success of exciting projects across Sydney.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the mechanical engineering design on a range of projects, from concept design through to construction.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with architects, builders, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Mentor and develop junior members of the engineering team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company remains at the forefront of engineering innovation.

Skills and Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a consultancy environment.
  • Strong technical skills in mechanical engineering design and analysis.
  • Experience managing projects from concept design through to construction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues and clients.
